Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes — we service and repair all makes and models. If you're unsure, just call us.

Will you do work without my approval?

Never. We provide a full written quote before starting any work. If we find something unexpected during a service, we call you and get your go-ahead before proceeding. Nothing gets done without your say-so.

Are your parts guaranteed?

Yes. All parts installed by The Service Centre are guaranteed for 6 months or 10,000km, whichever comes first. If something goes wrong with a part we fitted, we'll fix it.

How long does a service take?

A standard service usually takes 1–2 hours. If any additional repairs or parts are needed, we’ll let you know upfront with a clear timeframe before going ahead.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure a time that suits you, but we’ll always do our best to fit in urgent jobs where possible.

What if my car needs more work than expected?

We'll call you, explain what we found, and give you a clear quote. Nothing gets done without your approval — ever. If you'd like to see what we found, we can show you the parts or photos.
